Nottingham · Gas Safe registered
Plumbing, heating and gas work across Nottingham, from a dripping tap to a commercial boiler plant room. We are based in Burton Joyce, just outside the city, with experience in the trade going back to 2006. Gas Safe registered, and priced openly, so you know the rates and how the job will run before it is booked in.
Services
20 years of plumbing, heating and gas work — houses, rented property, shops, offices and sites.

Domestic
The annual service most manufacturers ask for, and the one that catches the faults that turn into a January breakdown.

Domestic
Fault-finding and repair on gas boilers — no heating, no hot water, pressure loss, lockouts and error codes.

Domestic
The annual CP12 every rented property needs by law, with the record produced on the visit.

Domestic
Leaks, dripping taps, tap and valve swaps, blocked wastes and the small jobs nobody else will turn out for.

Domestic
Full bathroom installs — first fix to final seal, including the tiling, waste runs and everything behind the wall.

Domestic
Wet underfloor heating designed, laid and commissioned — single rooms, extensions or a whole floor plate.

Commercial
Mechanical first and second fix for cafes, restaurants and retail units, worked around a trading date.

Commercial
Commercial plant — boilers, pumps, manifolds and controls — installed, upgraded and maintained.

Commercial
Unvented hot water cylinders installed, serviced and repaired — mains-pressure hot water, done to G3.
We are a plumbing, heating and gas firm, and the range runs from tap swaps and leaking wastes through to full heating systems and commercial plant rooms. That takes in boiler installs and swaps, unvented cylinders, radiators and valves, underfloor heating from first fix through the screed to commissioning, bathroom first and second fix, and gas work on domestic and commercial appliances.
Work is carried out to the national standards and the relevant building regulations. We are Gas Safe registered, SafeContractor approved and registered for water regulations. Where a job is notifiable it gets notified, and commissioning paperwork is completed as part of the job.
We work on a completely open and transparent pricing system. You are told the rates and the procedure at the time you book the job, so you know the rates and how the job will be charged before it starts, rather than finding out at the end. If something turns up once a panel is off or a floor is up, we stop, explain what it changes, and let you decide before carrying on.
The property gets treated as somebody's home or somebody's working building. Floors and worktops are covered, isolation points are agreed before a system is drained, and if the work runs over more than one day we tell you what will be off overnight and for how long. The area is cleared up before we leave, and we agree with you what happens to the old parts.
We take on both domestic and commercial work. For householders and landlords that means boiler changes, cylinders, bathrooms, radiators, leaks and gas safety checks. For businesses and contractors it means plant rooms, commercial gas appliances, washrooms and pipework installed to a programme with other trades working around us.
Alongside Gas Safe registration we are SafeContractor approved, and we can provide the site cards and paperwork a site or facilities manager asks to see before anyone goes on site. The same standards apply either way, whether the job is a single tap in a terrace or a heating plant in an occupied building.

Accreditations
Every badge below is something a customer can check, or something we had to be assessed for. None of it is decoration.

The legal requirement for anyone working on gas in the UK. Every gas job we carry out is done by a registered engineer.

An audited health and safety accreditation, which is what lets us onto commercial sites and managed estates.
Certified to the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations, which govern how anything is connected to the mains.

The construction skills card site managers ask for before anyone sets foot on a building site.

The trade qualification behind the registrations — plumbing, heating and gas, assessed rather than self-declared.

Certified to operate powered access platforms, for the commercial work that happens above head height.

Manufacturer-trained on Gledhill cylinders and unvented systems, which is what their warranty terms ask for.
Commercial customers
Alongside the domestic work we take on commercial customers, and these are businesses we have worked for — the sort who ring the same plumber again rather than starting a search.

We are based in Burton Joyce, just outside Nottingham, and the city and the villages around it are the everyday patch. Commercial work travels further into Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands. Further out than that it is worth asking rather than assuming, because it depends on the size of the job and what else is running that week.
Yes, and both are core work. Domestic covers boilers, cylinders, bathrooms, radiators, leaks and landlord gas safety checks; commercial covers plant rooms, commercial gas appliances, washrooms and pipework installed to a site programme. We are SafeContractor approved and carry CSCS and IPAF cards, which is usually what a site or facilities manager needs before we start.
Tell us what the job is, and where it helps, send a photo or two. Small, well-defined work can often be settled on the rates we give you up front, before anyone comes out. Anything larger, a boiler change, a bathroom, a heating system, needs a look at the property first, because the price turns on the existing pipework, where the new kit is going and what has to come out. Either way, you know the rates and the procedure before the job is booked in.
Yes. All gas work is carried out Gas Safe registered, and the card can be checked on the doorstep before anything is touched. We are also SafeContractor approved and registered for water regulations. Landlord gas safety checks are part of the everyday work, and the CP12 record is written up from the checks carried out on the visit.
Tell us what has gone wrong, or what you are planning. We will tell you what it takes and what it costs before any work starts.
